What’s Happening?
We’re launching a new Health Information Exchange data exchange platform in Q4 2025 that will give members:
- A modern HIE platform portal with more comprehensive dashboards and reports
- Single sign-on access
- API/FHIR capabilities to connect data more efficiently
- Better analytics and real-time alerts
- Full support for California’s Data Exchange Framework (DxF)
Why It Matters
- Simplified DxF participation with built-in security (HITRUST R2), privacy, and integration tools
- Greater support for CalAIM, BH QIP, and community health programs
- Infrastructure designed to connect with non-EHR systems, referral networks, HMIS, and more
