SacValley MedShare is proud to announce the hiring of Jennifer Inden as QHIO Program and Project Director. Jennifer is thrilled to continue serving Health Centers, CBOs and our communities by creating a data-sharing program that, while patient-centric, amplifies the voices and experiences of those serving our communities and improves health equity by ensuring that health and social service providers have the right information at the right time to address patients’ needs.
Jennifer has over 18 years experience in Health Organizations and we are very excited to have her join the team
