SacValley Medshare is excited to announce we are enhancing our services and capabilities with KPI Ninja by Health Catalyst.
We, at SacValley MedShare, believe in “Transforming data from moveable to useable” through our partnership with Health Catalyst and leveraging KPI Ninja as our new information-exchange platform we will have enhanced capabilities to deliver health and social services information to our members in ways that will make it useful and actionable by utilizing single sign-on solutions, enhanced FHIR capability, API integration, and enhanced analytic and intelligence functionality.
We’re launching a new data exchange platform in January 2026 that will give members:
• A modern portal with dashboards and reports
• Single sign-on access
• API/FHIR capabilities to connect data more efficiently
• Better analytics and real-time alerts
• Full support for California’s Data Exchange Framework (DxF)
• Simplified DxF participation with built-in security (HITRUST R2), privacy, and integration tools
• Greater support for CalAIM, BH QIP, and community health programs
• Infrastructure designed to connect with non-EHR systems, referral networks, HMIS, and more

Important Information for Current DSM Users
Action Required: Existing user accounts will not automatically transfer to SES. Each account will need to be re-established in the new system as of January 2026.

The transition to our new SES Direct Secure Messaging (DSM) platform took effect on February 18th, 2026 !
All end users will need to access Direct Secure Messaging through the new CaliforniaCare360™ portal.
