The transition to our new SES Direct Secure Messaging (DSM) platform took effect on February 18th, 2026 !

All end users will need to access Direct Secure Messaging through the new CaliforniaCare360™ portal.

👉 To access DSM:

  • Log into the new SacValley MedShare CaliforniaCare360™ portal
  • Click on the Direct Messaging tile on the landing page

If you have an active DSM account but do not see the Direct Messaging tile, please contact our support team right away at support@sacvalleyms.org so we can assist you.

This transition is designed to improve performance, security, and overall user experience. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to supporting you through this upgrade.
