Elevate Healthcare Delivery with Seamless Connectivity

SacValley MedShare's Health Information Exchange (HIE) transforms your practice through secure, round-the-clock access to medical data. In situations where healthcare facilities are closed, SVMS empowers physicians to retrieve critical information, even during emergencies away from primary care settings. By fostering collaboration between specialists and primary care providers, the exchange amplifies patient care quality through result sharing, coordinated treatments, and prompt feedback. As a Northern California internet-based HIE, sponsored by local healthcare entities, SVMS prioritizes streamlined treatment and payment, providing secure, HIPAA-compliant access to enrich your practice and patient outcomes.
