How often am I required to change my Portal Password?

You are required to reset your Portal Password every 90 days.

How long will my Portal Session stay active?
How long will my Portal Session stay active?
Your Portal Session will stay active for 5 minutes without any activity before it locks. Once it locks, you can enter your password within 3 hours to go back to where you were when the session locked.
